syndrome, and proper nutrition for fitness and muscle building. We prescribe menus to suit individual needs. We
will look at weight, the amount of weight loss, medical and life style of each individual. We work one on one giving
each client undivided attention.

½ cup dry whole wheat bread crumbs
¾ cup fat free Italian dressing
½ tsp salt
low fat cooking spray
½ tsp pepper
8 cups mixed salad green
1 tsp dried dill weed
1 sliced onion
1 tsp paprika
2 chopped tomatoes
½ cup fat free grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
1 lb. turkey or chicken breast, cut into strips
Preheat oven at 425F. Combine first six ingredients together in a plastic
bag. Dip turkey or chicken strips in Italian dressing. Place dipped strips into plastic bag and shake to coat with crumb mixture.
Place coated strips on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes or until strips
are no longer pink inside.
In a bowl combine mixed greens, onion, tomatoes, parsley. And serve with turkey strips.
